Intellrise collects information necessary to provide competitive intelligence services through the Shopify platform, including your store domain, access tokens provided during installation, and competitor data you add to the platform.

We use collected information to deliver competitive intelligence reports, monitor competitor activities, and improve our AI analysis capabilities. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with the Shopify API on your behalf.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have the app installed. Upon uninstallation, we begin a 30-day data deletion process during which you may reinstall to recover your data.
